Silver and Gold Plans
If you are looking for a coach to support your on-going cycling needs or to help with longer term objectives then these programs are for you. After an initial in-depth consultation we develop a personalized training plan for you to help you meet your long term goals. We review your workouts and provide feedback. Plans can be updated based on your fitness response to training and to changing life needs. You will have email access to our knowledge base and will receive responses same day where practical. In depth monthly review and feedback consultations via email, phone or in person are also provided. Silver and Gold Plans come with a Training Peaks Athlete Premium Account.
Bronze Plan – Goal Focused Training
We understand that individualized coaching isn’t for everyone and a short term plan built around a specific objective may be all that is required. We will provide you with a custom tailored training plan to help you meet your goal for that big event, whether it be the National Championships, your first race or that big Gran Fondo. It has been scientifically proven that following a specific training plan hugely improves an athlete’s ability to meet their goals. You can start tomorrow and the plan duration can be customized; 4, 6 or 8 weeks to your goal event are most popular. While this plan does not provide an on-going support, personal consultations can be arranged outside of the plan at cost, see below.
Personal Consultation
If you have a particular cycling need you wish to address, we provide one to one coaching (local athletes only) and personal consultations. We can help you with all aspects of the sport such as technique, bike fit and set up, race craft, goal setting advice, nutrition, fitness testing and others. Consultations can be done remotely using email, phone, skype, whatsapp etc.
Coaching on technical aspects of riding such as cornering, group riding technique, sprints etc can be covered on a one to one basis. We have a large repository of clinic type exercises to help demonstrate and improve technique in all aspects of riding and can supplement these “practicals” with online learning elements.

Rates
Our aim is to work with the athlete to provide the best service and programs are generally customized to meet the athlete’s specific requirements. Rates are based on anticipated level of coach involvement, and our plans start at as little as $90 per month. So for around the cost of a daily cup of coffee at Starbucks, you can experience what a coach can do for you.
To maximise your return on your training, using a power meter is recommended, however is it is not a requirement; a heart rate monitor and rate of perceived exertion (RPE) can be used.
